Rules governing the use of RedkiJewellery’s industrial alloy QA portal and compliance with the Precious Metals Marking Act of Canada.
RedkiJewellery provides wholesale industrial alloys, metallurgical analysis reports, and quality assurance documentation for B2B clients. All materials and certificates are subject to the Precious Metals Marking Act of Canada and applicable provincial regulations.
Clients must provide accurate business registration details and intended use of materials. Any resale or modification of alloys must comply with Canadian hallmarking and fineness declaration requirements. Misrepresentation of product origin or purity is prohibited.
RedkiJewellery is not liable for losses arising from improper handling, unauthorized testing, or non-compliance with local marking laws. Liability is limited to the invoice value of the specific batch in question. No consequential damages are assumed.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any client who violates these terms, provides false documentation, or engages in fraudulent activity. Termination does not affect pending contractual obligations.
These terms may be updated to reflect changes in Canadian precious metals regulations or operational practices. Clients will be notified via email at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
For questions regarding these terms or compliance matters, contact our legal team at info@redkijewellery.com or write to 53889 Albert Keys. All correspondence must reference your client account number.
